About Golfclub Landgoed Nieuwkerk
Golfclub Landgoed Nieuwkerk in Goirle, North Brabant, is an 18-hole, par-72 estate course in woodland and meadows, designed by Martin Hawtree.
Golfclub Landgoed Nieuwkerk lies on the Nieuwkerksedijk Zuid in Goirle, south of Tilburg. The course occupies Landgoed Nieuwkerk, the family estate of Baron Eric de Jamblinne de Meux, with large woodland plots and meadows crossed by the De Leye stream. The estate borders the Regte Heide nature reserve.
Landgoed Nieuwkerk is a nine-hole course played twice from different tees to make an 18-hole round. Both nines are par 36, each with two par 3s, five par 4s and two par 5s. From the yellow tees the first nine measure 2,723 metres and the second nine 2,766 metres.
The hardest hole at Landgoed Nieuwkerk is the 12th, a 366-metre par 4 from the yellow tees. The 5th, at 442 metres, is the longest par 5, and the 2nd a short 85-metre par 3.
Landgoed Nieuwkerk measures 5,489 metres from the yellow tees, 5,064 metres from the red and 4,636 metres from the orange. From the yellow tees the men's course rating is 69.5 with a slope of 129. For women, the course rating from the red tees is 73.4 with a slope of 134.
The club behind Landgoed Nieuwkerk dates from 1985, when it started as the Eerste Tilburgse Golfclub at Den Rijacker in Tilburg. After a spell on a temporary course in Goirle, the club and the baron jointly built a nine-hole course on the estate, and the club became Golfclub ETG Landgoed Nieuwkerk, later shortened to Golfclub Landgoed Nieuwkerk. In 2024 and 2025 Landgoed Nieuwkerk was renovated over almost a year, with its water management redesigned together with the Province of North Brabant.
Visitors with a handicap can play Golfclub Landgoed Nieuwkerk as green fee players. Bring your (digital) NGF card, and note that the combined handicap of a flight may not exceed 108. Tee times can be booked online up to two weeks ahead.
