Golfclub De Schoot in Sint-Oedenrode, North Brabant, plays a nine-hole course in rural Brabant that makes an 18-hole, par-72 round when played twice.

The course at Golfclub De Schoot sits in quiet countryside on the Schootsedijk. Narrow fairways, ponds, bunkers and stands of trees shape the play. Alongside the nine holes there is a six-hole par-3 course and a partly covered, floodlit driving range.

Golf at De Schoot began in 1972, when a simple layout was laid out on pastureland; Golfclub De Schoot followed in 1973. Joan Dudok van Heel drew the original design and Alan Rijks later reworked it. In 1978 the Dutch Golf Federation (NGF) gave De Schoot A status as the 25th official golf course in the Netherlands, and golfgeschiedenis.nl describes it as the country's first truly public course, later also pay-and-play.

The course used by Golfclub De Schoot is also known as Golf & Country Course Sint-Oedenrode. Its owner, recently renamed Levant, ended its cooperation with the club, and the members voted to wind up Golfclub De Schoot with effect from 2027.

An 18-hole round at De Schoot means going round the nine holes twice, partly from different tees, with each nine a par 36. The full round has ten par 4s, four par 3s and four par 5s, measuring 5,736 metres from the yellow tees and 4,438 metres from the orange tees. The 6th, a 479-metre par 5 from yellow, is stroke index 1.

From the yellow tees, men play De Schoot with a course rating of 71.4 and a slope of 130; from blue it is 69.6 and 119. Women playing from the red tees face a course rating of 73.1 and a slope of 134.

Visitors can book a green fee round at De Schoot online; the nine-hole course requires a handicap of 54 or better, while the par-3 course needs no handicap or proficiency certificate.
